Located within Vital Body and Mind Therapies in the heart of Del Ray in Alexandria, Sunflowers Healing and Wellness provides healing services using hypnosis and Reiki as healing modalities, life and professional coaching, nutritious healthy food and health coaching, massage therapy, personal fitness and prenatal health. Sunflowers Healing and Wellness is affiliated with the HypnoBirthing® Institute and teaches HypnoBirthing® for expecting mothers/couples and have an extensive lending library of books and DVDs on fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and parenting and we have birth Doulas for our expecting moms.

Services:

Hypnotherapy - If you’ve been struggling with a personal goal, like smoking cessation or weight loss, and you can’t seem to find success – don’t give up. You have the power to make a positive change in your life, and you can access that power through hypnotherapy. First appointment is $200, every other appointment is $150 for approximately 90 minutes.
Reiki - Are you struggling to manage your stress levels? Do you sense the connection between a recent emotional trauma and a physical discordance in your body? Reiki may provide you with the relaxation and help that you need. Appointments are $85 and last approximately 45 minutes.
HypnoBirthing® - Our certified, 5-week class is $400 (ask about discounts for ICAN members and vbac moms) and includes all course materials plus a private hypnotherapy session for mom.
Nutritional Wellness - Mila is a super food with the highest and safest combination of omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, antioxidants, fiber and phytonutrients of any source on the planet. Life Coaching - Need help planning, analyzing or reaching goals? Or do you Just Need to Chat? An introductory session with our personal coach is just $60 for 30 minutes! First personal coaching session is $120 for 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions vary from 30 - 60 minutes and may be in-person or over the phone. Doula - Studies show that doula-attended labors are shorter, result in fewer complications and unnecessary interventions (including cesarean sections) and babies are healthier and breastfeed more easily. Namaste Doula supports a mother and her support system throughout the childbearing year. Doula services include pre and post-partum visits, continuous labor support, birth photography, and much more.
